Projects

Here you’ll find a selection of the work we typically deliver: hygienic stainless process piping, machine and equipment fabrication, on-site welding support, and independent inspections. Each project combines IWT welding coordination, IWI inspection, and certified TIG welding—so you get predictable execution and audit-ready documentation.

What we deliver in every project

  • Clear plan
Scope, acceptance class, ITP with hold/witness points
  • Controlled execution
Qualified welders (EN ISO 9606-1) and WPS/WPQR per EN ISO 15609/15614
  • Verification
VT to ISO 17637; NDT (PT/MT/UT/RT) coordinated where required
  • Complete dossier
Weld maps, photo reports, certificates (EN 10204) and release

Example projects

Hygienic stainless process piping

TIG-welded pipework for a food/pharma line with strict hygiene and traceability requirements.

  • Scope
Thin-wall tube, fittings, valves, supports; purge setups for oxide-free roots
  • Standards
ISO 3834 quality framework; acceptance per ISO 5817; VT per ISO 17637
  • Deliverables
WPS/WPQR references, welder quals, weld map, photo/VT reports

Machine frames and skid modules

Fabrication and inspection of stainless and carbon-steel frames with tight dimensional tolerances.

  • Scope
Jigs/fit-up control, distortion management, parameter locking
  • Verification
In-process VT, selected NDT, dimensional records
  • Deliverables
ITP with sign-offs, certificates, release documentation

Aluminium housings & brackets (AC TIG)

Visible components requiring neat beads and minimal distortion.

  • Scope
AC TIG on 5xxx/6xxx alloys, fixture design, heat input/interpass control
  • Quality
WPS per EN ISO 15609; acceptance per ISO 10042 where specified
  • Deliverables
Procedure pack, photo report, final inspection record

Industries & use cases

Food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, machine & equipment building, frames and structures, skids and modules—prototypes, first-article builds and short series, in our workshop or on site.

How we work

  1. Scope & intake
Materials, joint types, acceptance class, timeline
  2. Plan & prepare
WPS/WPQR and ITP with inspection/hold points
  3. Execute & support
Qualified welding, fit-up checks, parameter control
  4. Verify & hand over
    VT/NDT, documentation, and final release
