Welding Technology & Coordination (IWT)

Pragmatic welding advice that works on the shop floor. We translate standards and customer requirements into executable procedures and stable parameters.

  • Process and filler selection, heat input and interpass control
  • Drafting and safeguarding WPS; guiding WPQR
  • Distortion control, back purging, fit-up and production support

Welding Inspection & NDT Coordination (IWI)

Independent verification against the specified acceptance class. We coordinate NDT and deliver clear, audit-ready reports.

  • VT per ISO 17637; compliance with ISO 5817 / ISO 10042
  • PT / MT / UT / RT selection, sequencing and witnessing
  • Photo reports, weld maps, punch lists and release recommendations

Certified TIG Welding (GTAW)

Clean, precise welding for critical joints in stainless, carbon steel and aluminium (AC/DC). Ideal for sanitary pipework, thin-gauge sheet and visible seams.

  • Back-purged, oxide-free roots for food & pharma
  • Qualified welders (EN ISO 9606-1), procedures per EN ISO 15609/15614
  • On-site or in our workshop—single pieces to short series

Qualifications & Compliance

We set up and maintain the qualification framework that supports production and audits.

  • WPS/WPQR management and welder qualifications
  • Quality assurance integration per ISO 3834
  • Traceability: material certificates (EN 10204), consumables, parameters
